Many times our customers are looking for something specific, whether it be a particular item, style, or the perfect outfit for that special occasion. At Sustalux.com we have major tappable resources to help connect you to what you’re looking for:
1.We have a HUGE amount of inventory that is uploaded little by little, so we may very well have what you’re looking for even if it’s not available on one of our websites.
2. Our job is to shop; chances are that you have a life and a family and not much time to bargain hunt. We would love to do it for you! Having a 'mission' always adds a little 'pep to our step' when we're hunting through the racks.
3. We can get many of our products wholesale, so if we’ve exhausted the other two options we can always research your item, provide you with pricing information, and order it especially for you!

3. Q: HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM WILL FIT ME?
A: Unfortunately, there is no way to ensure a perfect fit in the virtual world, but we do strive to provide you with accurate item descriptions, measurements, and size calculations.
If you need more information contact us with your ‘measurements query’ and we will get the information to you promptly. The best thing to do is to measure yourself; understand what cuts and styles are flattering on you and which ones to avoid -no matter how cute the outfit!
We've tried to make this easier for you by providing a measurements guide on the website. The measurements guide helps lessen confusion over terms to make sure you’re getting the information you want!
4. Q: I WANT TO PURCHASE AN ITEM THAT WAS PRE-OWNED. HOW CAN I BE SURE THAT IT'S IN GREAT CONDITION?
A: Sustalux.com sells new and pre-owned clothing and accessories and we are very particular about choosing items that are in excellent condition. We take pride in our selections, however, they are not the same as "new" items even if they are described as "new", or "new with original tags". If you can’t stand the thought of your clothing having once been hung in someone else’s closet, then Sustalux.com is not the right place for you!
For everyone else: We carefully examine our items, disclose all flaws we have noted, and include photographs of these flaws if possible. Any noted flaws will be considered in determining the price and overall condition of our items, such as: New, New With Tags, New WithOut Tags, Pre-Owned, etc. The meaning of each of these descriptive terms is listed under “Sustalux Terms” on the home page of our website.
We make every effort to notice any flaws, but we are human and it is still possible for us to miss a minor problem (like a loose stitch or 2, or a tiny spot). *If you have questions or concerns about this matter please contact us for more information before purchasing the item, as we only accept returns on a limited basis.

7. Q: CHARITY / DONATIONS:
A: Sustalux.com is not affiliated with the charities and non-profit organizations presented on this site; however, we are so supportive of their work that we built them directly into our business model! Sustalux.com and our sister site, Lifefibers.com, will be contributing significantly to the projects of the Greater Good Network & through their Gifts That Give More option.
8. Q: SHIPPING:
A: Items are mailed out USPS priority (2-3 bus. days) with in 24-48 hours. All DOMESTIC shipping is USPS Priority unless otherwise specified by the buyer. Method of INTERNATIONAL shipping determined by the buyer.
Upgrades & insurance are optional, however insurance for items over $50 is strongly encouraged.
Sustalux.com is not responsible for LOST, STOLEN, or BROKEN ITEMS over $25 that were not ensured.
A: All Sustalux.com garments* are professioally laundered and drycleaned by an environmentally responsable dry cleaner. ALL Sustalux.com garments and accessories come from a SMOKE-FREE environment.
* Coats and leather goods may not have been cleaned. Contact us if you with to purchases a coat or leather garment that you would like to have cleaned before shipping. Expect an additional $30- $60 fee, depending on the size and material of the item, as well as an additional 1-2 weeks shipping time.
10. Q: RETURNS:
A: We take great care to describe our collection accurately and to provide all of the information that you need to know in order to be delighted with your Sustalux.com purchases. On rare occasions however, you may find that your purchase doesn't work out as planned. We want you to be satisfied with our merchandise, and therefore we offer returns, subject to our approval.
If the item you wish to return has been represented accurately, but you just don't like the fit, color, etc., upon our approval we will accept your return. When we receive your return, you will receive a merchandise credit with us for the total amount of your purchase, minus any shipping costs. You may exchange the item for another piece in our collection. Please read the details about returns and exchanging, by clicking here.

Clothing: Donate your excess *quality* items to LifeFibers.com and receive credit to LifeFibers.com or a donation made in your name.
Donors may choose whether their items are donated for sale (proceeds fund Life Fibers future initiatives) or for auction (proceeds go to one of our initiatives or to the project of your choice)
Please contact us so that we may review your items & determine whether or not they may be sold on the site. If LifeFibers.com accepts the clothing donation we will reimburse the donor for shipping after the item is received. * If you have unwanted items that LifeFibers.com does not accept, we will be happy to send you a list of donation centers in your area that will gladly accept what you no longer need.
Your donations are tax deductible and each donor will be emailed a printable tax deduction form stating the date and value of the donation. Donation receipts can also be mailed traditionally.
